I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful every member of the staff was, which made my stay feel more personal.

Parking was challenging as there is no private parking available, and I ended up spending quite a bit at a nearby parking house.

My stay at Grimm's Potsdamer Platz was quite enjoyable. The view from my room on the 7th floor over the Landwehr canal and the new developments around Potsdamer Platz was stunning. I appreciated the easy check-in process. The spacious room had large, soundproof windows that kept the noise of the busy street out. It was nice having access to exercise and sauna facilities right on the same floor. The hotel's cozy restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, even if I didn’t get a chance to try the food myself. However, I faced an inconvenience with the lack of tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. That made mornings a bit tougher without my usual caffeine fix. The bed was comfortable, but I wished for a second duvet, as the single one was too chilly for a double bed. While everything else was delightful, WiFi could use improvement—it was weak and made working difficult. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few areas for enhancement.

i had a great stay at grimm's potsdamer platz. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. my room had a lovely balcony, which was perfect for enjoying some fresh air. the location was decent, close to the metro and within walking distance to several parks. i also loved the fitness center and sauna, which were excellent amenities.
